Probate, Trust and Estate Litigation
Our Probate Law practice consists of two areas:
Probate Administration, which is the administration of a deceased person's assets through a will or intestacy under the California Probate Code.
and
Probate Litigation, which deals with lawsuit style challenges to testamentary documents such as wills and trusts. Other documents that are interpreted through the probate court are advanced health care directives, and powers of attorney.
