Stilwell & Associates, Inc. is seeking immediate hire for associate attorney position in the area of "litigations". We are a small to mid-sized firm with a very distinct method of practicing law. We have developed a way to work a 40 hour work week, and still make “attorney level” compensation. For example, our minimum billing requirement is 80 hours/month. At that billing allotment, attorneys at this firm have the potential of making in excess of $100,000.00 per year. We also offer benefits, including medical. We offer our attorneys a lot in the way of flexibility of hours and practice areas. Our philosophy is that a happy attorney is willing to go the extra mile for us.

It does take a certain type of attorney to work at our firm. To that extent, we are looking for two very special attorneys with the following requirements:

1. Must have 2-5 years of litigation experience;

2. Must have at least 1 year of solo practice experience;

3. Must be a family oriented person (i.e., is looking to be an attorney and be an active member of their family too);

4. Must have the ability to network and “rain make” for the firm; and

5. Must be able to work with others in a team oriented surroundings.

1. Which practice areas are you interested in working in;

2. What abilities you have to market your attorney services on behalf of the firm (i.e., current clients, networking affiliations, etc.);

3. Answer the question: “What is it about being a lawyer that am I passionate about?”

4. Tell me why you are such a great fit for this firm.
